Returns and Exchanges

a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

b. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@ionics.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

c. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

2. Exchanges

a. Eligibility: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at info@ionics.in within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

b. Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item in case of defects or errors on our part.

3. Refunds

a. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a days of receiving the returned item.

b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Cancellation of Orders
